Returns

Your business is important to us. Mineral Options will double check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know immediately. We will be happy to correct this problem. We may require the return of the incorrect item and in this case, we will send you a return label to send it back at our expense. Please report any discrepancies within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We cannot refund/exchange products unless we have sent them to you in error or damaged. Please understand that we cannot re-stock products due to obvious hygiene issues, therefore samples are the perfect way to experiment with colors to find your perfect match.

Please take advantage of our inexpensive samples before purchasing full-sized products, if you have any question about what will work best for you. If you order a shade by mistake, we are happy to exchange it for you as long is still sealed. We cannot refund shipping charges or return shipping charges on customer choice returns.


Please note that all samples are non-returnable unless send in error.

RETURNS / AUTHORIZATION

All authorized returns will be given an Authorized Return Number (RA#) and this must be written on the outside your package. Packages without return authorizations will be refused and returned to sender. All authorized returns must be in their original and re-sellable condition (with broken seals). Please do not send merchandise back without receiving an authorization number. All returns without return authorization are subject to refusal or a restocking fee of 25% of the product subtotal.
